David Marx is the creative head, founder of the Science Kitchen GmbH & Co. KG and a never ending source of inspiration. His first own product has already proven in an impressive manner how incredibly beautiful, healthy, effective and new popsicle ice can be in the future.
He travels the world to talk about food, to support the gastronomy and to work with and learn from local farmers, chefs & foodies.

Food Design

Kristiane is the Chef Patissier of our inhouse foodlab. As an experienced food designer, food artist and very competent patissier, she translates our ideas into fantastic looking food products, new color codes and/or food paarings. Before she decided in favor of science and new, futuristic food products, Kristiane worked in upscale pastry shops.

Christian is an excellent chef and high innovative food-concept developer. He is highly experienced due to a fine dining career and engagements in France, Asia, Spain, US and Germany. His work is based on a clear product kitchen that always has a modern twist and handles ingredients honestly. The use of manifold cooking styles, international influences and wide conceptual knowledge make him able to create recipes that match diverse customer requests to support your event, idea or concept. .
